All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@uncleprojects.com. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or for dissatisfaction with the product once it has been received. Any approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you suspect that the address you have entered is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@uncleprojects.com and we will do our best to correct the situation.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the books leave our facilities. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or tariffs. If a book is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and any payment for the unavailable item will be refunded within 30 days.

Estimated delivery times will be provided, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

By submitting your work, you confirm that all materials are your own original creation, and that you hold the rights necessary to share and publish them. You acknowledge that UNCLE is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted content and that any infringement or misuse of intellectual property is solely your responsibility. You grant UNCLE the right to use your photographs in any marketing materials, promotional campaigns, or related communications. Please note that AI-generated imagery will not be accepted.
